Groundwork Playbooks is run by Svear ("we", "us"). This page explains what we collect when you visit groundworkplaybooks.com or buy from us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you give us at checkout: your name, email and billing details. Stripe processes payments; we never see or store your full card number.
• What you send us: emails, texts and anything you share on 1-on-1 calls.
• Basic technical data from our hosting provider, like pages visited and browser type, used to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To deliver what you bought and give you access to it.
• To answer your questions, handle refunds and run 1-on-1 calls.
• To email you your download link and receipt.

We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business: Stripe for payments, our hosting provider and our email provider. Each one handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records as long as tax and accounting rules require, and other data only as long as we need it for the reasons above.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information. Email ronan@svear.io and we'll reply within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
