These terms cover your use of groundworkplaybooks.com and anything you buy from Groundwork Playbooks, which is run by Svear. By buying or using our products, you agree to them.

What you get

Playbooks and the Vault are digital products. When you buy one, you get a personal license to use it in your own business or job. You can't resell it, share your access, or post the content publicly. A playbook or Vault purchase is the files on your download page (PDFs, template copies and prompt files). There's no ongoing service, updates or support included. The 1-on-1 is coaching on video or phone calls, and it includes every playbook download. You apply first, and we send a payment link if it's a fit.

Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payments go through Stripe. Everything is a one-time payment.

No guaranteed results

Our playbooks and coaching are education. We don't promise any amount of sales, income or business results. Any numbers we share about ourselves describe our own experience, not what you should expect. Your results depend on your market, your offer and your effort.

AI tools

Some playbooks use third-party AI tools. Those tools have their own terms and may change without notice. Check AI output, including mockups, prices and messages, before you share it with a customer.

Limits on our liability

Our products are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim is about.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia.
